Shipping and delivery
The order will be shipped to you as soon as possible, usually the next working day. Below you will find an indication of the delivery times. If this has to be deviated from for whatever reason, you will be informed as soon as possible. If the delay is longer than 14 days, you may cancel the order free of charge if desired.
The stated prices of the products do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the order amount and the chosen delivery method, and are visible in your shopping cart at checkout, prior to the payment screens.
Delivery is via bpost, postnl or DPD, depending on the option chosen. Within Belgium, deliveries to a home address are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery to the Netherlands normally takes a maximum of 4 to 5 working days.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via contact. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Exception: digital products cannot be returned. By clicking ‘Pay’, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
Warranty and complaints
Naturally, the products are packaged with the utmost care, so that they arrive to you in good condition. However, it can happen that something goes wrong during transport, or that something else goes wrong so that a product does not arrive in perfect condition. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, it will be replaced free of charge.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us immediately and we will look for a solution as quickly as possible!
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
